Apify Coming soon

Business Contact Finder

Page updated

The Business Contact Finder will read an organization’s public website and return the business address, phone number, and role mailbox that the organization itself publishes. It is coming soon.

It will not guess personal inboxes, and it will not pull contacts from data brokers. If the company has not published a detail, the field stays empty.

Who it is for

Researchers who need the contact point a company has already put on its own public site.

  • Read the address and phone number from a public contact page.
  • Collect a role mailbox such as sales@ or press@ when the site publishes it.
  • Check the footer of a company homepage for a published office address.
  • Build a list of official contact pages for companies you already track.

Billing happens on Apify, not on this website. This tool is not for sale yet.

Limits

  • This tool is not for sale yet.
  • It only keeps details the organization publishes on its own public pages.
  • A site with no contact page, or a page that disallows automated reading, returns nothing.

What it does not do

  • It does not guess personal email addresses.
  • It does not buy or join data-broker lists.
  • It does not log into a site or read a directory that is not the organization’s own pages.

FAQ

Will it find a named person’s inbox?

No. The scope is business contact points the organization publishes, such as a main phone, an office address, or a role mailbox on its own site.

Where does the data come from?

The company’s public website, for example the contact page or the footer. Not from a third-party people database.

What if the site says not to scrape?

The tool is planned to respect robots.txt and the site’s terms. A disallowed page is skipped.

Is it available to run?

Not yet. There is no listing button and no price.

Can I upload a list of people’s names?

No. The input is company website URLs, not a list of private individuals.

There is no listing button yet. This tool is still marked coming soon.
