The Career Site Jobs Scraper takes a list of companies, by name or career-site URL, finds each one’s public job board on Greenhouse, Lever or Ashby, and returns every open job in one format, whichever platform it came from.
It has two modes. A full pull returns every open job at each company. With onlyNewSinceLastRun, it returns only jobs added, removed or updated since your previous run. Each row includes the platform, board, job ID, title, department, location, URL, update and first-published times, description and change type.

Limits
- Supports Greenhouse, Lever (US-hosted boards) and Ashby only. Other platforms and custom career pages are not covered.
- A company that can't be found or fetched comes back as a free board-error row with the reason, such as NOT_FOUND_ON_ANY_PLATFORM.
- Some fields are empty on some platforms. Ashby and Lever have no edit times.
- Lever boards are fetched one at a time, 1 second apart, so runs with many Lever companies take longer.
- Apify Free-plan accounts get up to 25 results per run.
What it does not do
- It does not read custom career pages or Workday sites. Use the Workday Jobs Scraper for Workday.
- It does not submit applications or create an account.
- It does not return phone numbers or personal email addresses.
FAQ
Do I need to know which platform a company uses?
No. Give a bare company name like stripe and the tool checks Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby for it. You can also paste a career-site URL.
What happens if a company isn't found?
You get a free board-error row with the reason in the error field, so you can see what wasn't covered.
How do I get only new jobs?
Set onlyNewSinceLastRun to true and keep the same stateKey between runs. A job counts as changed when its title, location or description text changes.
What do I pay for?
Only the jobs delivered. Removed-job rows and board-error rows are free. If you set a maximum charge per run, the run stops before going over it.
Does it store the results on lepidata.com?
No. Runs happen on Apify. This site does not receive the pages or the results.
