No. Invalid-input, error, no-results and limit rows are free.
Does it respect robots.txt?
Yes. It reads each site's robots.txt first and skips sites it disallows, or the site if robots.txt can't be read. Skipped sites are free.
Is there a start fee?
No. You pay only the flat price per result.
