The Workday Jobs Scraper reads public Workday career sites and returns one record per posting. The record includes the title, the location text, the public URL, and the requisition id when Workday shows one.
Descriptions are optional because each one is a second request to the public posting. The tool does not enter Workday as an applicant or as an employee.

Limits
- Only public career sites are in scope. A board that refuses automated reads can return nothing.
- Workday list pages return 20 postings per request. The tool pages through them with a pause.
- postedOn is often a relative phrase. startDate is the clearer date when the posting page includes it.
What it does not do
- It does not open Workday HCM, candidate accounts, or internal requisitions.
- It does not apply to jobs or upload a résumé.
- It does not bypass a login wall.
FAQ
What URL should I paste?
The public career site URL in the browser, the one that ends in the site name after the locale. The tool reads the host, the tenant, and the site name from that URL.
Why is the description a separate step?
The public list has the title and location. The description is on the posting itself, so includeDescriptions makes an extra request per job and the run is slower.
Can it read jobs behind an employee login?
No. Internal boards and anything that requires a Workday account are out of scope.
Does a higher page size make it faster?
No. Workday’s public list returns an empty page when the page size is above 20. The tool keeps the page size at 20.
Where am I billed?
On Apify, per 1,000 results. This website does not take payment.
